then fill out the Best Price Quote Request Form. It only takes a few
minutes. We guarantee it will be time well spent. Five minutes of
work, could save you hundred's of dollars off your next cruise.
We will search our hot deals, last
minute specials, and fast faxes from the cruise lines, then see if
we can beat the quote.

To get the Best Price.....
1. Contact the
cruise lines direct and get their price.
Shop around the Internet or visit your local travel agency.
Get their best offer. Compare all the offers. Narrow down your
options.
2. Decide on the one cruise that best
fits your needs. We can only respond to one request per e-mail
address. If you are still shopping around or have not narrowed
your choice to one particular sailing, this is not the program for
you.
3. E-mail us the Best Price Request Form. Tell us about the ship,
sailing date, category, number of people in your party, adults and
children with their ages, air departure city, and the best rate you
were quoted and whom you got it from. All prices may be verified. To

4. Your e-mail
address and telephone contact information must be included in your
request. Please check and make sure that information is accurate. If
we receive inaccurate information we will not be able to respond and
you may lose out on a very good deal.
5. Be sure to
include port taxes, government fees, air fare, air taxes, the cost
of transfer’s if extra, trip insurance or other extras such as
pre-or-post cruise hotel stays, and …please
tell us exactly what your rate includes. Otherwise, we will
be unable to fulfill your request.
6. Be practical.
Don’t tell us you got a cruise for $300 that cost $1800…or take the
best price you got and drop off, say another $200 hoping that we
will have that low a price. If we can beat your quote you will get
the best price offered... one where you save a little more money,
and we make a profit.
The best price
offer you have from someone else may have to be verified before we
make a counter-offer.
The best price
program does not apply to group bookings or blocked space. Prices
are subject to availability. Rates cannot be beat when the category
or class of service is sold out. Some restrictions apply to special
offers. Prices Quotes are not guaranteed until a deposit or full
payment is made. No coupons, cash back rebates or other offers may
be applied to a Best Price Quote.

If, and only if we can beat the best price you have
been offered,
will we contact you.
No phone calls please.
This program is fully electronic and uses e-mail only for
communicating offers.
We will
assign a Personal Cruise Travel Advisor to you whom you
can contact by phone or e-mail if you have any questions or need
assistance only if you accept our offer. The Travel Advisor will
discuss smoking or non-smoking policies and dining options. The
Travel Advisor will also discuss the itinerary, your accommodations,
shore excursions and provide full, complete and on going service to
you.
8. If
we have a better offer, it will come in the form of an
e-mail within 48 hours of your initial request, except on weekends,
the offer will made on Monday or Tuesday. If you do not hear from
us, you can assume (1) we could not better the offer and/or (2)
the ship, category and cabin was sold out or not available to us
and/or (3) your e-mail address was incorrect and/or (4) you did not
give us your telephone contact or other information we requested.
9. You must be ready to book and pay a deposit or full payment for
your cruise when we e-mail you our offer. The e-mail will give you
instructions on how to book and pay for your cruise. You will also
be assigned a Personal Cruise Travel Advisor to contact by phone or
e-mail if you have questions or need assistance to book your cruise.
10. The Best
Price Offer is only valid at the time we offer it to you. The e-mail
message will tell you the time limit of the offer. Sometimes the
offer is just for a few hours, the same day or the next.
11. A deposit
($100-500 per person, depending upon cruise ) will be due for
cruises sailing within 75 days. For cruises sailing less that 75
days from the time of the offer full payment will be due.
12. Credit Cards
are the only form of payment accepted for this program.
13. For security
reasons, we do not take credit card information over the Internet
and with our Pay Direct Process (PDP) the credit card information
provided by fax, phone or mail is given directly to the
Cruise Line who will process your charges. Their name will appear as
the merchant on your monthly card statement. We also provide you
with a copy of the Cruise Line's own confirmation showing the
details of your cruise, with itemized charges. Our Pay Direct
Process provides comfort and assurance that your funds are deposited
directly with the Cruise Line.
14. Cruise line payment, cancellation
and refund policies apply.
